Our camps are where running becomes an experience. In a beautiful mountain setting we combine training, recovery and relaxation into one, so that you take away not only better fitness, but also new knowledge, motivation and friendships.

Our training camps are a unique combination of outdoor running, expert guidance from experienced coaches and care for recovery and mental well-being. They are open to beginners, advanced and pro runners, with workouts divided into groups according to performance. How trailrunning camp participants rate

Ondro S.

The Trail Running Camp with an emphasis on Ultra was great athletically, humanly and educationally. We focused on running technique, nutrition before, during and after exercise , strength distribution. We learned, tried and unlearned often neglected exercises that help prevent injuries in the field. Really charge less than four days, I'm still recovering from it in a good spamatavam. The highlight for me was running along the NT ridges side by side with ultra runners, and not just any runners, for example with Marian Priadek, the opportunity to chat "BEHIND THE RIDES" about anything, and to confirm that trail runners and trail runners are just one great bunch.
