as flexible as possible . Whether you train in the mornings, evenings or weekends, we adapt to your lifestyle. - Where do the trainings take place? Do I have to travel somewhere?
You train where it makes sense – for your goals, opportunities and lifestyle. Understanding your environment is key – that’s why a coach comes to you, not the other way around. Sometimes we’ll meet at the track, in the city or on the trails. Other times, you train independently on your own according to a plan at Final Surge.
