I specialize in training trail and ultra-trail runners and runners. Mountains, long distances, vertical meters and being outdoors are what keep me challenged and motivated. I know what training for a tough race entails – it takes discipline, patience, determination and the ability to persevere.
When we combine these elements correctly, we can achieve goals that once seemed impossible.
Over the years I have spent running, I have come to understand that if we want to run long and healthy, running alone is not enough. The key to long-term progress is a comprehensive approach to training – with an emphasis on:
- individual and structured training plan
- quality regeneration
- proper nutrition
- compensatory exercises
- and above all understanding the needs of each runner
Only through a holistic approach can we move forward, grow and most importantly – stay healthy.
Each of us is individual. And that’s why I believe in a personal approach that respects your goals, capabilities and limits. Together we will find a way to improve, push your limits and still enjoy running.
